So for a while in my head, I had the idea of one day a year being dedicated to a joke. That day of course being the first of April. It is a day I always look forward to as a YouTube viewer, as more often than almost any other day, shit gets dropped. So I thought this would be perfect for my channel. It was from 2024 that I set out to 

make it an annual tradition for the channel.

     Now I always come up with joke videos, so much so that I've jotted down all of the rogue ideas that inevitably get put on the backburner for bigger projects. But with April Fool's Day 2024 coming up soon, I had already spent so much time on trying to finish the script for what would end up becoming "The Story of Flatout", that I didn't have enough time to invest in any of the more time-consuming joke ideas I had.

     I had burned through a bunch of ideas trying to achieve the whole "Does Yeat Finally Have Competition" joke. I tried putting in clips of Carti, Tyler the Creator, but none of it worked. 

     It was here where I remembered I had a clip of these black people who were all rapping with this thick British accent. So, I decided to pair that up with the Sum 41 "In Too Deep" Vocal Only track. Surprisingly, after fumbling around for 2 days straight on who to make the focus of the video, this version of what I later found out to be "Boy Better Know" only took half an hour.

     While it originally preformed right on par with how the rest of my videos do, it over time grew to a point of which none of my videos have achieved yet. There was point 5 or 6 months after release where this video was comfortably pulling in 300-some-odd views a day. It was the only thing keeping my channel up as far as numbers were concerned. Hell, it even got to the point where if you looked up "Hold Up, His Writing is this Fire?!", you would for some reason be served with my video before the original by RobTV.

     And quite honestly, this video sucks. If I had just started the project a little earlier in advance and had a bit more time to work on the upload it could have been so much better. Shit is just not all that funny, and makes it all the more baffling as to why this video among all the rest is the one that blew up to heights my channel has yet to replicate.
