But jumping into the second part, as I said, the jump in quality is immediately obvious. The writing is tighter, the audio quality is greater, the voice acting is far more competent. Hell, even a few of the jokes still got a laugh out of me.
The second Golf Cart City Pilot picked up right where the last left off. Plot points are immediately followed up upon, all with a noticeable upgrade in quality from the first. And speaking of which, I didn’t really get to speak all too much on the first pilot as I was too busy talking about the events that led up to it, so I’ll summarize my thoughts on it here. It is absolute shit. The audio is terrible when it comes to everything: voices, sound effects, the lack of music throughout. There are numerous visual errors occurring throughout, and worse of all, there just isn’t anything memorable lying underneath.
But nah don’t get it twisted, this shit is very rough around the edges. There is a good reason I made two separate pilots after this one, and it is not just the length. My storytelling abilities were still extremely limited, and my ass was just not funny in the slightest. Sure I mentioned earlier how Part 2 had its moments comedically, but most of those moments were just an extension of the frame by frame
storytelling format and the rustic charm it provides. There are tons of jokes and even individual dialogue lines I absolutely hated, that really brought down the pilot overall.
That being said, I was only 14 when I created this. Even at the time, I knew I could do better. These were simply just creative stepping steps
on my way to the final end goal. And the attitude of my father seemed to match this. In essence, he said I needed to completely go bussy to the wall, and make a fully fledged Television pilot. None of this 2 and 8 minute bullshit, I needed something that looked, felt, acted, and sounded like a fully-fledged TV pilot. And at the start of May 2022, that is exactly what I set out to do. To fully cement my legacy, fame, and riches to soon come, that was going to be it. I was to create the 3rd and final Golf Cart City Pilot.
The inside of my room was not cleaned up at all for the final scene of the pilot. So we got a bunch of dumbass shit in the background here. I don't even know where most of those things are anymore. And you can see this FUCKING SHIT, LOOK AT THIS STUPID BULLSHIT at 7:42
The inside of one David Hansen's room, whose anglo trapstar abode was utilized for filming the ending of the second Golf Cart City Pilot. As Beeks and Penny are seen looking up as they prepare to climb it up. It can be seen at 4:23.
Because we couldn't film any video footage with a stuffie moving, this chase scene had to be done frame by frame. So you can see Leah in this dumbass pose at 3:36.
